Hieromonk Silvestar
A hieromonk and painter (moler) of Rakovac who left a manuscript describing his journey to the Holy Land and Jerusalem. A hieromonk Silvester Popović carved and painted choir stalls for Rakovac in 1749; they are now in Banoštor. The two are very probably the same man.
