Hieromonk Pahomije
In 1700 the hieromonk Pahomije made a new manuscript copy of Dušan’s Code, the 14th-century law code of the Serbian Empire, in the Rakovac scriptorium. It is one of the reasons historians rank Rakovac among the important copying centres of the early 18th century.
